Return an Online Order

All merchandise intended for exchange, store credit, or refund must be in new and unused condition, remain within the original packaging, have their original tags securely attached.

To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here.

  1. Get Ready 

Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause significant delays.

  1. Drop Off Your Package

Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. IKD Active, LLC is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number on hand so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 15 days from delivery.

Additional Information:

We will process your exchange, refund, or store credit request 2-3 day after your return has been delivered to our warehouse.

Any items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. IKD Active, LLC does not accept returns for any items from third-party retailers.
